Children’s Extensive Support Waiver

Allows children (under 18) with developmental disabilities or delays, who also demonstrate intensive behavioral and/or medical needs, to be eligible for Health First Colorado benefits.

Children with Complex Health Needs Waiver

Allows children (under 19) with complex health needs and life-threatening illnesses to receive additional benefits beyond standard Medicaid services so they can stay in their homes and communities. This waiver merges two previous programs: CHCBS and CLLI.

Children’s Habilitation Residential Program Waiver

Allows children and youth (under 21) with an intellectual or developmental disability and extraordinary needs that place them at risk for out-of-home placement to be eligible for Health First Colorado benefits and services.
