State-Funded Supported Living Services Program

Allows adults (18 and older) with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) to temporarily receive services while waiting for enrollment in I/DD HCBS waiver programs or to receive ongoing supported living services when the person does not qualify for LTC Medicaid services.

OBRA Specialized Services

Allows adults (18 and older) with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) residing in nursing facilities to receive community-based supports.

Home Care Allowance Program

Provides financial assistance to individuals (ages 5 and older) with a disability to pay a home care provider to provide services that allow the person to remain in their home.
