  • Information shared by the donor with regard to their restriction of the gift to a specific program/use.

      made through our website. This third-party service provider may collect bank
      or credit card information submitted with the payment, but that information is
      not passed on to Foothills Gateway, Inc. This third party conforms to
      information security industry standards for online donations.

How Information is Used:

Foothills Gateway, Inc. uses this information in the following manners:

  • To communicate back to the donor with thanks, a receipt, or to answer any questions.
  • To update the donor on our organization information and activities through eNewsletters, postal newsletters or other communication means.
  • Donor and Funder names may be shared with the community through our website and donor materials. Donors may request that their gift and/or name be anonymous and not used in print or other shared materials by indicating such with the donation or by contacting us at or by calling 970-226-2345.
  • In addition, photos may be taken at various events throughout the year that may be used in marketing and promotional materials or on our website or social media outlets. Donors and supporters may request that their photos not be used by contacting us at or by calling 970-226-2345.
  • From time to time, information regarding donors and donations may be aggregated and shared with other parties including grant funders, sponsors, and community representatives. In such cases, all personally identifiable information will be removed.
  • There may situations where Foothills Gateway, Inc. is required by law to disclose donor information.

Removing Donor Names from our Mailing List:
