OBRA Specialized Services (OBRA)

Ages 18 and older

Allows adults (18 and older) with an intellectual or developmental disability (I/DD) residing in nursing facilities to receive community-based supports.

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Reside in a nursing facility
  • Be a resident of the State of Colorado
  • Have a disability as defined by the Social Security Administration (SSA)
