Annual Meeting

Typically, all Foothills Gateway Board meetings are on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. except for the Annual Meeting, which takes place the first Monday in March.

Foothills Gateway, Inc. strives to meet all requirements and intents of the Colorado “Open Meetings” law. Thus, providing the following list of regularly scheduled meetings involving the FGI Board of Directors. Changes in dates and additional meetings and events may be scheduled from time to time and interested parties should check the website frequently for changes, or call 970.226.2345 or email info@foothillsgateway.org for more information or more detailed meeting schedules and agendas.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, the March 1, 2021, Foothills Gateway Annual Meeting will be held virtually. As with all Board meetings, this meeting is open to the public and will begin at 7:00pm. If you are interested in listening to the meeting, please email boardmeeting@foothillsgateway.org
before 4:30pm on March 1st in order to receive the link to join. 

There will be a regular Board Meeting directly after the Annual Meeting concludes. Any public comment will be saved for the second meeting, please be sure to specify which meeting you would like to join in your request email.
