Colorado Gives Day was created in 2010 to bring our state together in support of the many nonprofits that make Colorado such a great place to live. This year, the day of giving raised more than $50 million for 2.900 local nonprofits – breaking all records and predictions.

The Foothills Gateway Community Relations Team took a risk this year – increasing the organization’s goal by $5,000 from 2019, they were hoping to raise a total of $20,000. Our community came through and exceeded expectations once again.

In total, Foothills Gateway raised 9% more than in 2019 and saw a 16% increase in the number of donors, breaking 100 Colorado Gives Day donors for the first time ever! Of the 107 donations received, 64% were $100 or less, which highlights the commitment of our community in this difficult year and proves that we are truly stronger together.

Our grand total raised this year is $22,325.88!

The “Guest Barista Day” with the Human Bean resulted in about $360 for Foothills Gateway, which included about $77 in cash donations from drive-through customers.

THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this year a success, whether you gave directly, visited the Human Bean, or  encouraged your friends and family to give – YOU have made a great difference for the people Foothills Gateway serves!
