Effective July 1, 2026 there will be a 2% rate decrease for Community First Choice (CFC) CDASS. The following services are included: homemaker, personal care and health maintenance activities.

To implement the necessary rate change, PARs in both the Bridge and the FMS portals must be updated to reflect the new rates. Case managers must ensure the PAR is accurately updated in the Bridge. Both FMS contractors will receive updated PAR data once the PARs are updated in the Bridge system. Case managers DO NOT need to complete manual PAR revisions in either FMS portal.

Case Manager Action Items:

  1. Ensure the current PAR in Bridge is approved and reflects the correct service amounts by June 1, 2026.
  2. You do NOT need to do anything to the PAR in the FMS portal. On June 3, 2026, Gainwell will auto-revise all CDASS PARs to capture the revised allocation amount. The PAR data will be sent to the FMS and will automatically update in their systems.
  3. Send Allocation Change Notification Letter by June 20, 2026. Updated allocation information will be available in Bridge as soon as the automated PAR revisions take place.

General Information for all Case Managers

Case managers do NOT need to complete manual PAR revisions in the Bridge as long as all PARs with dates spanning 7/1/2026 are accurately entered in both portals prior to the automation dates identified above.

**CDASS Member Lists have been uploaded into each Case Management Agency’s SharePoint site.
