The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) serves as an advisory body to Foothills Gateway, Inc., the Case Management Agency for Larimer County. The CAC acts in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations to the Case Management Agency, and is not a decision-making body. The CAC will review complaints, identify opportunities for improving supports, and provide suggestions for advancing services for members. The committee will review information monthly and meet as a committee quarterly.
