All visitors should use the main entrance and will be asked if they have COVID symptoms. Foothills Gateway Foundation

Foothills Gateway, Inc. and its Charitable Foundation are not for profit, 501 (c)3 organizations serving the citizens and communities of Northern Colorado. We provide training, supported employment, housing, transportation, family support services, adult respite and early childhood connections to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. Through the generous support of community members, organizations, and businesses, we will continue to touch the lives of people, empowering every ability and highlighting the achievement of the human spirit.

The Foothills Gateway Rehabilitation Center Charitable Foundation Trust, established in 1990, has a mission to provide and direct resources in support of enhancing the quality of life of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the following actions:

  • Promoting community involvement and awareness
  • Providing community education
  • Raising funds and resources to support these efforts

Foothills Gateway Charitable Foundation Board Meetings: Typically, all Foothills Gateway Charitable Foundation Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at Foothills Gateway, Inc.
