The HR Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department and the organization while handling recruitment and new hire processing. This requires a thorough familiarity with the department, division and the organization, and administrative procedures. The job requires initiative, judgement, confidentiality, and a range of skills in organizing and managing numerous processes and procedures to ensure the promptness, accuracy, and completeness of information needed to provide support for the agency.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative office support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.


-1 full-time position at 40 hrs. /wk., $19.54-$21.49/hr. DOE/DOQ
