Full-time Direct Support Provider – Supported Living & Adult Care Services

This position combines time between two programs: The Supported Living Services (SLS) program and adult respite program–Adult Care Services (ACS). The Direct Support Provider (DSP) in this position has the rewarding opportunity to work with men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Working one on one in the SLS program while providing support with personal care, meal planning, shopping, exercising, and participating in social and recreational activities. When working with the ACS program, the DSP will work alongside a strong and positive team of coworkers at our respite house; located in Old Town Fort Collins, providing care, and facilitating activities with the men and women staying with us for short stays. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Must be able to attend trainings and meetings at the main facility. Must be flexible and have availability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings shifts. Must be self-directed and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Driving is a requirement for this position.

$200 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment!

• 1 full-time position at 40 hrs. /wk., SLS-$15.51-$17.06/hr., ACS-$16.04-$17.64/hr. DOE/DOQ, current CO min. wage for overnights
