Early Intervention Service Coordinator

The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and monitoring services and supports provided to infants and toddlers eligible for Federally funded Part C services and State funded Early Intervention services. Also, the EI Service Coordinator will have an assigned caseload of individuals for whom they will be responsible to advocate. Additionally, the EI Service Coordinator will facilitate initial and ongoing Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings, complete family assessments, and support the family to ensure services are in accordance with the IFSP. Furthermore, they will monitor the provision of services, support, and recommendations identified in the IFSP. As well as assisting in obtaining identified services and support. Also, they will maintain a master record and all necessary documentation, serve as the primary contact for obtaining and disseminating information. In addition, they will facilitate and mediate conflict resolution. Inherent in all these functions shall be activities supporting families Rights and Procedural Safeguards under Part C, support, empowerment, and advocacy. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Position start date will be 6/15/26.

Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • Must have a bachelor’s level degree of education; or, Five years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities; or some combination of education and experience appropriate to the requirements of the position.
  • Experience in the field of cognitive disabilities resource coordination. Working with children with cognitive disabilities and their families, and/or advocacy strongly preferred.
  • Driving is a requirement. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required

– 1 full-time position available at $25.43-$27.97/hr. DOE/DOQ.

Approximate accrual of 15 days per year paid time off to start, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and a full range of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability and EAP. In addition, we offer 401K and Colorado Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI).
