Services and Supports
Foothills Gateway, Inc. (FGI)
coordinates and provides services and supports for residents of Larimer County
who are determined eligible for services through the cognitive disabilities
system. Currently, more than 280 employees serve approximately 1,300 eligible
individuals and their families. Funding for services and supports comes from
county, state, federal and private funds. Assistance is given to individuals and
their families either through providing services directly or by purchasing such
services from other program approved service agencies (PASAs).
