This class is open to all SLS participants and a partner (friend, family member or provider). This class will feature door prizes, games, fun activities, and ideas on how to keep movin’ and live healthier. Healthy snacks will be provided.

Monday, August 25th, 2008 - 12th Annual "Hogerty Open" Golf Tournament

at the Fort Collins Country Club
Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.; Shot-Gun start at 11:30 a.m. 

Format:  4 person Scramble (no handicap required); 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place prizes in each of 2 Divisions;
Other prizes for:  Longest Drive (men and women); Closest to Hole (men and women);
Longest Putt (men and women); and various Betting Holes.
Cost for play: $200 per person includes cart, rangeballs, lunch on course, dinner after play,
beer on the turn and after play, goodie bags and contests.
$800 for a Foursome.
$200 for Hole Sponsor only.
$40 for Team Mulligans (8 mulligans total, 2 per player)
$20.00 for Team String
$860 for Foursome, Team String, & Team Mulligans
$1,000 for Foursome and Hole Sponsor
$1,060 for All (Foursome, hole sponsor, team string and team mulligans)
