Supported Employment Client Aide: This is a permanent part-time position. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide one-on-one personal assistance services to a client who is employed through the Supported Employment Program. This person will be a personal aide to an individual with disabilities during his work shift at CSU-Lory Student Center. Assist with personal needs including hygiene and mobility. Ideal for retired individual or mature student. Hours 1:30-4:30pm, M-F. EOE $8.00/hr. Closes 7/11/08.
Direct Support Providers/PT: Provide direct care supports to adults w/cognitive disabilities! Provide support and skill building in a variety of areas, including: health, household supports, money management, etc. Available shifts are: 2-10pm, 3-10pm, overnights, weekends & holidays. Must be flexible & dependable! PT, $9.60/hr. Can earn $11.62 hr by working in enhanced homes w/individuals w/challenging behaviors. Some experience is preferred. Now hiring for PT and on-call staffing! Potential for FT employment! EOE. Open to all applicants! No closing date.
Activity Coordinators: Plan and
facilitate activities for adults in our day programs. Facilitate
learning in a variety of areas: communication, domestic,
educational, vocational, exercise, health/hygiene, and develop
positive/proactive approaches for adults in a group setting. Access
the community on a regular basis with small group of individuals for
social and integration activities, volunteer and work projects, and
daily living skills training.
Three FT positions open for PSCS/SI. $10.63/hr.
One FT position open for PSCS/IS $9.67/hr.
One FT position open for Activity Coordinator/CP. $9.60/hr.
One FT position open for PSCS/CAP. $9.67/hr.
One FT Position PSCS/OBRA. $9.60/hr.

Adult Care Services Provider: Work directly with individuals who have cognitive disabilities (includes: severe/profound cognitive impairments, psychiatric disorders, physical disabilities, aging considerations, and fragile medical conditions), at the Foothills Gateway Adult Respite Services facility and at various community sites. Assist clients in their daily routines including: communication, daily living skills, education, exercise, recreation, and health and hygiene. Could be responsible for 1-4 individuals at one time in a group or individualized setting. EOE. PT/15-25 hrs/wk. Starting at $9.60/hr. $7.02/hr sleep. Closes when filled. Open to all applicants!
Full Time Direct Support Providers: This Full Time schedule will be afternoons into evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Duties will include (not all inclusive): personal care, teaching independent living skills, community inclusion, monitoring and providing for medical needs, daily household chores, completion of supporting documentation, implementation of various training programs, behavioral support, etc. Staff will encourage as much involvement as the clients are able to participate in. Must be willing to be flexible and fill 40 hours of master shifts on the current schedule. 3 positions open. FT w/benefits, starting at: $9.60/hr. reg., $11.62/hr enh. DOE. Closes when filled.
