   How to Apply

In order to be considered for any position at FGI, we must have a completed application, a current Motor Vehicle Record (for the last 3 years), and a completed Background Check Release of Information form.  You can obtain an application by stopping by our offices at 301 W. Skyway Dr., Ft. Collins between the hours of 8am and 4pm (Mon-Fri) or by downloading the documents below.  Once these items are complete, please forward them to FGI by 4pm on the closing date.  Questions?  Call Mary at 970-266-5341.

• Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Applicants may apply for multiple positions by submitting separate applications for each position.

4. Complete the Background Check Release of Information Form

5. If you have NOT lived in Colorado for the past seven years, please read and sign the Fair Credit Reporting Act document

6. Read and complete the Affirmative Action Document and Where did you hear about the job document (both optional)

7. Fax the completed application, the signed Background Check Release of Information Form, the signed Fair Credit Reporting Act document, and your MVR to our Training Coordinator at (970) 266-2622 or mail them to:

Applications are also accepted at our facility Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 pm or after hours in our Night Deposit Box at the front entrance to FGI.
