Residential Direct
Support Providers/PT: Provide direct care supports to adults w/cognitive
disabilities! Provide support and skill building in a variety of areas,
including: health, household supports, money management, etc. Available shifts
are: 2-10pm, 3-10pm, overnights, weekends & holidays. Must be flexible &
dependable! PT $9.60/hr. Can earn $11.62 hr by working in enhanced homes
w/individuals w/challenging behaviors. Some experience is preferred. Now hiring
for PT and on-call staffing! Potential for FT employment! For the Residential
Direct Support Provider, you must read and initial the Job Description and
Physical Demands Evaluation. These may only be obtained at Foothills Gateway and
must be submitted with your application packet. EOE. M/F/D/V Open to all

Adult Care Services
Direct Support Provider: Adult Care Services is looking for staff who are
available during the day – Monday through Friday and some weekends – to work as
a care provider for clients staying for respite as well as providing hours as a
Certified Nursing Assistant each week for clients in our Day Program. The ideal
staff person for this position will be a Certified Nursing Assistant and have
experience in working with the disabled and elderly population, demonstrate
creativity in developing and implementing activities and working with clients in
learning new skills as well as maintaining independence. Staff must be confident
and competent in providing an excellent standard of care to the clients. Hours
will be needed as both a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a Direct Care
Provider. PT Starts at $9.60 hr. for the Direct Care Provider and $10.50 hr. for
Certified Nursing Assistant hours worked. EOE M/F/D/V Closes when filled.
