ACTIVITY COORDINATOR I:
The person in this position works directly with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. The person in this position facilitates communication skills training, domestic skills training, educational/vocational skills training, exercise/health/hygiene skills training, and develops positive/proactive behaviors for individuals in group or individualized settings. The person in this position will perform his/her duties at Foothills Gateway and at various community sites. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- 1 full-time position at 35 hrs./wk. in Community Skills Development starting at $10.59/hr. DOE/DOQ
- 1 full-time position at 35 hrs./wk. in Options starting at $10.59/hr.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II – ADULT CARE SERVICES:
Foothills Gateway’s Adult Care Services Program currently has part time openings. Shifts available include day time, evenings, weekends and overnights. Adult Care Services provides respite/temporary care for adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families or providers, in a beautiful, turn of the century home in downtown Fort Collins. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent quality care to adults with developmental disabilities. Experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are creative in planning and implementing a variety of activities, commitment to helping others learn and maintain skills of daily living such as bathing, cooking, domestic skills as well as social and communication, recreation and leisure activities. Become part of a support team who love their work in caring for others. Open availability needed. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- Part-time positions from 15 to 29.75 hrs./week starting at $11.11/hr.
- Current CO minimum wage for overnights

GROUP LEADER:
The purpose of this position is to assist with vocational and programmatic needs for individuals with cognitive disabilities receiving services in the Prevocational Services Program. The person in this position will perform contract specific training, maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality, and facilitate proactive and positive approaches to behavior management for individuals in the Prevocational Services Program.
- 1 full-time position at 35 hrs./wk. starting from $10.10-11.09/hr. DOE/DOQ

CES DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II:
The person in this position works directly with children who have intellectual/developmental disabilities and are enrolled in the CES program. This person provides direct services in areas such as communication, daily living skills, education, exercise, recreation, and health hygiene as outlined in the child’s Service Plan and Prior Authorization Record; and, develops positive/proactive behaviors with children. Services would take place in the child’s home and/or in community settings. Open availability needed. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- 1 part-time position at 15-20 hrs./ week starting at $12.07/hr.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II - RESIDENTIAL:
The person in this position works directly with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. Duties include direct services in areas such as communication, daily living skills, education, exercise, recreation, personal hygiene and support to develop positive/proactive behaviors in all settings. Various scheduling options available. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- Part-time staffing starting at $11.11/hr.
- Can earn $12.07/hr. by working in enhanced homes with individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Some experience is preferred. Must be flexible and dependable.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT GROUP TRAINER-FEDERAL BUILDING:
Directs, trains, and works alongside individuals with cognitive disabilities in performing the work assignments of mobile cleaning crews. The Group Trainer should be familiar with the training needs of individuals with disabilities and modify work assignments as needed to ensure the satisfactory completion of cleaning responsibilities. The Group Trainer is responsible for assuring the quality of work completed at job site. Position is located at the U.S. Federal Building/Post Office in downtown Fort Collins. Hours are from 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Work to be performed on-site at the Fort Collins Federal Building at 301 S. Howes St. Must pass Federal background check. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- 1 part-time position starting at $11.15-12.00/hr DOE/DOQ working 25 hrs./wk. from 12:30pm-5:30pm M-F

OFFICE SUPPORT V – EARLY INTERVENTION AND SLS DIRECT:
This position is responsible for maintenance of office services related to department/program area. Duties and task are varied but standardized. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to interact and cooperate with department/program area management, staff, and persons served. Under general supervision, this position works on assignments that are varied but standardized and semi routine in nature, where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. This position will be shared by 2 programs: Early Intervention and SLS Direct. Advanced computer skills in Word and Excel are required.
