DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II - RESIDENTIAL:
The person in this position works directly with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. Duties include direct services in areas such as communication, daily living skills, education, exercise, recreation, personal hygiene and support to develop positive/proactive behaviors in all settings. Various scheduling options available. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- Part-time staffing starting at $11.11/hr.
- Can earn $12.07/hr. by working in enhanced homes with individuals with challenging behaviors.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II – ADULT CARE SERVICES:
Foothills Gateway’s Adult Care Services Program currently has part time openings. Shifts available include day time, evenings, weekends and overnights. Adult Care Services provides respite/temporary care for adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families or providers, in a beautiful, turn of the century home in downtown Fort Collins. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent quality care to adults with developmental disabilities. Experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals who are creative in planning and implementing a variety of activities, commitment to helping others learn and maintain skills of daily living such as bathing, cooking, domestic skills as well as social and communication, recreation and leisure activities. Become part of a support team who love their work in caring for others. Open availability needed. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- Part-time positions from 15 to 29.75 hrs./week starting at $11.11/hr.

FULL-TIME DIRECT SUPPORT PROVIDER II – CES/ACS:
Full-time position working with both the Adult Care Services Program and the Children Extensive Services Program. Shifts available include day, evening, weekends and overnights. Experience is preferred. We are looking for staff who are committed to developing positive working relationships with children and their families and staff who are creative in planning and implementing a variety of activities. Staff will need to be able to learn routines of the individuals supported in these programs in a fairly quick manner and demonstrate a great sense of versatility in their availability and attitude. Must have open availability and the skills and talents to be able to provide excellent care to both adults and children. Driving is a requirement for this position. -1 full-time position at 40 hrs./wk. starting at $12.07/hr. for CES, $11.11/hr. for ACS & current CO min. wage for overnights.

GROUP LEADER:
The purpose of this position is to assist with vocational and programmatic needs for individuals with cognitive disabilities receiving services in the Prevocational Services Program. The person in this position will perform contract specific training, maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality, and facilitate proactive and positive approaches to behavior management for individuals in the Prevocational Services Program. This position is a float position and may assist with two or more work areas in the Prevocational Services Program, dependent upon daily needs.

Provides specialized oversight of individuals in the Prospects program, based on Service Plan and structured programming. Responsible for providing home to program transportation. SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SENIOR GROUP LEADER:
The person in this position works directly with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a work setting, on-site or at remote locations. The person in this position is the main point of contact for contract work. The person in this position facilitates training and proactive/positive approaches to behavior management for persons receiving services. Typical hours will be 9:30am-3:00pm, M-R, with occasional Fridays. Work to be performed at an off-site, food packaging business. Responsible for transporting crew to/from job site, as well as oversight of production at the job site. Must have good verbal skills in order to communicate verbally with persons receiving services, staff and the public.
- 1 part-time position from 20-26 hrs./week starting at $11.64/hr.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT GROUP TRAINER:
Directs, trains, and works alongside individuals with cognitive disabilities in performing work assignments of mobile cleaning crews. The Group Trainer should be familiar with the training needs of individuals with disabilities and modify work assignments as needed to ensure the satisfactory completion of cleaning responsibilities. Responsible for assuring the quality of work completed at each residence or business site. Responsible for training individuals with I/DD. Also responsible for cleaning/janitorial duties. Facilitates the inclusion of individuals with disabilities into community settings. Driving is a requirement for this position.
- 1 full-time position at 40 hrs. /wk. starting at $11.09/hr.
