Residential Direct Support
Providers/PT: Provide direct care supports to adults with cognitive
disabilities. Provide support and skill building in a variety of areas,
including: health, recreational activities, household supports, money
management, etc. Flexible hours. Will work with your schedule. For the
Residential Direct Support Provider position, you must read and initial the Job
Description and Physical Demands Evaluation. These may only be obtained at
Foothills Gateway and must be submitted with your application packet. Now hiring
for P/T and on-call staffing $10.72/hr. Can earn $11.62/hr. by working in
enhanced homes with individuals with challenging behaviors. Some experience is
preferred. Must be flexible and dependable. EOE M/F/D/V Open to all applicants

Supported Living Services Direct
Support Provider: Work one on one with a (challenging) young lady
with multiple disabilities, supporting her with daily living skills, community
activities and family respite. Extensive paid training provided. Contact Bruce

Supported Employment Senior Group
Trainer: The person in this position works directly with individuals
who have cognitive disabilities. The SE Senior Group Trainer provides a variety
of support functions for the Cleaning Crews, including: direct supervision and
training to clients in group and 1:1 settings, direct support to the Assistant
Program Supervisor, training new staff on cleaning practices and guidelines, and
performing quality assurance functions for staff and clients. Work will take
place both at FGI and at sites in the community. F/T position starting at
$10.00/hr. DOE/DOQ EOE M/F/D/V Position closes 2/10/12
Supported Employment Assistant
Program Supervisor-Federal Building: Works on site at the Federal
Building/USPO in downtown Fort Collins. Provides oversight of all
contract-related activities at this location, including cleaning, client
supervision, coordination of subcontracted building services, and communication
with GSA staff located in building. The individual in this position works
directly with individuals with cognitive disabilities, providing work
instruction and support, as well as some transportation. Work schedule includes
non-traditional hours, as well as availability as an emergency contact. F/T
position starting at $11.44/hr. DOE/DOQ M-F, 5:30am-1:30pm 12 paid holidays/year
(10 days off/2 additional w/ holiday pay) EOE M/F/D/V Position closes 2/10/12
